Hans joined the Tiefenthaler Africa Johannesburg office in January 2023 and forms part of a dynamic team where he will apply his adjudication, arbitration, litigation and contract drafting experience to service clients’ needs.
Since being admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2019, Hans has been working solely in the field of construction law as an attorney and consultant and is well versed in most standard forms of construction contracts (JBCC; NEC; FIDIC; GCC).
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the North-West University and a LLM in Insolvency Law from the University of Pretoria.
Hans is passionate about construction law and the technical challenges it offers.
