Tshepiso launched his professional journey in the construction, mining, and engineering sectors, excelling in various managerial and leadership roles. With over five years of experience in the built and engineering environment, he has gained extensive expertise in handling on-site disputes and implementing effective resolution strategies through construction contracts. His experience includes training construction managers on tendering processes and project risks. Tshepiso has successfully managed large-scale projects totalling R3 billion across South Africa, consistently delivering them on time and within budget.
In 2019, he joined Tiefenthaler Africa as a candidate attorney and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in October 2022. He is an associate member of the Association of Arbitrators of Southern Africa, with a profound understanding of construction contracts, including GCC, JBCC, NEC, and FIDIC agreements. His involvement in adjudications and arbitrations, representing both local and international clients in the construction, mining, and engineering fields, underscores his comprehensive legal and contractual expertise.
