Michelle Munyanduki is the Managing Partner of Tiefenthaler | Zimbabwe
Her practice area encompasses the life cycle of projects from front-end contract development to project risk management and dispute resolution. She has been involved in some of Zimbabwe’s most complex mining, engineering, and construction disputes and the experienced gained, enables her ability to provide practical, effective, and sustainable solutions in complexed environments.
Michelle advises public and private entities across Zimbabwe and regularly conducts seminars on proper contract management and administration in the mining, construction and energy sectors. Her published research on sustainable mining underpins her approach to the sector and her incredible work ethic.
Michelle holds an LLB from the University of Namibia and certified status in claims management and contract administration, focused on the application of mining, energy and construction contracts.
