Prior to joining Tiefenthaler Legal, Daniel was a law clerk to Justice Kate Savage and Acting Justice Ingrid Opperman at the Constitutional Court of South Africa as well as a researcher to Professor Hanri Mostert of Mineral and Energy Resources Law in Africa, at the University of Cape Town. Daniel has a keen interest in mining and petroleum law. He holds a bachelor of laws and a master of laws in mining and petroleum.
