Steven was admitted as an attorney in 2012 and has been involved in construction law since 2015 and has extensive experience in Construction, Engineering and Professional Services Contracts based on the FIDIC, JBCC, GCC, CIDB and NEC, as well as bespoke contracts.
He has dealt with various matters covering aspects of Construction, Engineering and Professional Services Contracts including the negotiation and drafting of the contracts, the administration of thereof, disputes in respect of the interpretation, the award or rejection of claims on behalf of both the Contractor and the Employer, and the referral of disputes to Mediation, Adjudication, Arbitration and/or Litigation.
Steven has a passion for construction law and has the drive to assist his clients in the application of the provisions of the relevant contract.
